Nothing on this site is medical advice, and nothing on it has been reviewed by a clinician for the purpose of advising you. Reading a hospital page, comparing two hospitals, or buying a report does not create a doctor–patient relationship and does not make anyone here responsible for your care.

In particular, this site does not tell you whether you have a condition, what treatment you should have, which hospital you should attend, or what a set of symptoms means. Those questions need a qualified clinician who can examine you.

If you need urgent medical help, contact the emergency number where you are now. Do not search this site, do not email, do not use a comparison report. This site is not connected to any emergency service and its operators cannot be reached in an emergency.

If you are already in China and need an ambulance, dial 120. If you are outside China, use the emergency number for where you are.

1. Everything here is assembled from information the hospitals themselves and Chinese government and regulator pages publish.
2. Each fact carries its source link and, where we could establish one, the date it was checked. Where we could not confirm something, the field is left empty and labelled as unconfirmed rather than filled with an estimate.
3. Hospitals change their published information without notice. A page here that was accurate last month may be wrong today, and we may not yet have noticed.
4. English names and descriptions of departments, services and conditions are generally our translation of Chinese-language source material, unless a hospital published them itself. A mistranslation in a medical context is not a harmless typo.
5. Cost figures are the fees the hospital publishes, converted to your currency at a dated rate. The published renminbi figure is the one that governs. A converted price is an estimate, not a quote, and not a guarantee of what you will be charged.

This site lists hospitals and compares published fields about them. It does not rank hospitals by medical quality, and no number on this site is a score of clinical performance.

1. Where a hospital appears in an external ranking that we reproduce, that ranking is the publisher’s work, is attributed to them, and may assign hospitals the same grade. We do not create our own ordering of hospitals by quality, and we do not publish a “best hospital” list.
2. A hospital being on this site, appearing early in a list, or being covered by a paid plan means nothing about the care it gives.
3. We have no commercial relationship with any hospital listed here, and no hospital pays to be listed, ranked or described. If that ever changes it will be disclosed on the page itself.

Comparing official contact details, published process, language support and publicly listed fees is a comparison of published information. It is not a judgement of whether one hospital will treat you better than another.

Where we describe an international department, its languages, its booking process or its hours, we are reporting what the hospital publishes about itself. We have not used the service and we cannot vouch for it. Requirements, fees and processes differ between hospitals and change; confirm directly with the hospital before you travel.

Treat this site as a well-sourced starting point and the hospital as the authority. Open the official contact details we link to, and confirm anything that would change your decision — a date, a fee, a document requirement, an eligibility rule — with the hospital itself, in writing if you can.
