An account is what ties your subscription to you rather than to one browser. That matters for one practical reason: your access follows you to another device. Cancelling is handled by us — email support and we will stop the renewal at the end of the period you have already paid for.

You do not need an account to read anything on this site. Hospital profiles, rankings, cost guides and visa explainers are all readable without one.
