The hospital's own clinic roster for the allergy and immunology specialty (变态反应专科) lists Professor Fu Qingling (付清玲), a professor and researcher in both otorhinolaryngology and the allergy specialty, and separates the clinics into special-need (特需门诊) and expert (专家门诊) sessions. The page is a schedule rather than a department description, so it records who is on the clinic rather than what the department does.

The hospital's own page says the allergy and immunology department (变态反应（过敏）科) was founded in April 2012 and holds the chair of the Heilongjiang provincial committee on allergy for chronic disease management, and that it diagnoses and treats allergic dermatitis, allergic rhinitis, allergic asthma, urticaria, eczema, cosmetic allergy, Henoch-Schönlein purpura, allergic conjunctivitis, allergic cough, food allergy, drug allergy, angio-oedema and anaphylactic shock. The department's own features page adds that allergen-specific immunotherapy (specific immunotherapy, SIT) is the department's specialty.

The hospital's own page says it opened an asthma clinic in 1995 and formally founded an asthma prevention and treatment centre in 2002, a department dedicated to asthma, and that the provincial health authority assessed it as a new specialty in 2004. It says the China Asthma Alliance named it one of the units for building and promoting national asthma specialty clinics in 2009, one of forty such clinics in the country, that the Ministry of Health's Department of Medical Administration made it a training base for standardised management of chronic airway disease in 2013, and that it was named a national demonstration centre for standardised paediatric asthma clinics in 2018.

The hospital's own page says the allergy and immunology department (变态反应科) was founded in 2004 as the first standalone allergy specialty in Shandong province, and has ranked in the national top 15 for allergy specialties in the Fudan edition of the China Hospital Rankings for several years running. It records 18 staff in the department — 1 chief physician, 4 associate chief physicians, 2 attending physicians, 1 resident physician and 10 nurses — and says the department was certified in November 2014 by IQAP as an internationally standardised allergen-specific immunotherapy centre.
